A challenging exercise as you draw large capital alphabets using the phyisioball in a plank. For added difficulty you have to stabilize against the band resistance.

Pro Tips: As you get stronger place legs closer together and increase the band resistance. For increased difficulty, start from Z and go to A
- Attach a band to a low stable structure
- Place feet wider than shoulder width
- Place forearms shoulder width apart on ball
- Hold band with both hands
- Increase intensity by increasing stretch of the band
- Practice with a few smaller movements to get used to the ball
- Progress to larger capital alphabets to challenge the core
- Keep hips slightly above neutral to reduce low back risk
