We’re Aaron and Regina, and we created Fit Life Minute to help people build strength, clarity, and lasting health for the next chapter of their lives. Through our experience in fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness coaching, we recognized that many individuals don’t simply need more information, they need expert guidance, a clear plan, and support they can trust. They want to feel confident in their bodies, protect their long-term health, and stay active in ways that feel both safe and meaningful.
Coaching is at the heart of what we do. We partner with individuals who are ready to take ownership of their well-being, helping them develop sustainable habits, improve energy, and build confidence that carries into everyday life. As part of this process, we offer research-informed workout programs tailored to personal goals, current fitness levels, past injuries, or time away from exercise. You can have a practical path forward that feels achievable and empowering.

Aaron Yamaguchi, ATC, CSCS
Hi, I’m Aaron. My background is in athletic training, and I now work as a personal trainer helping individuals build strength, confidence, and long-term fitness. I’ve worked with professional and high school teams as well as in rehabilitation settings and for over 20 years training clients one on one. I have a deep interest in how the body works and a genuine passion for teaching and ensuring safety. I enjoy creating training plans that are tailored to each person’s needs, whether they are building strength, returning after time away from exercise, or looking to stay active and capable for everyday life. I’m committed to ongoing learning and staying informed on current research and effective training methods so I can provide thoughtful guidance that supports real, lasting progress. I look forward to helping you move forward with greater strength and confidence.

Hi, I’m Regina. I’ve worked as a PT in multiple settings from the very young to the very old, which has given me a deep appreciation for how meaningful movement, strength, and daily habits shape long-term quality of life. My passion is helping individuals have clarity, improve mobility, build confidence in their bodies, and create sustainable health that allows them to stay active and engaged in the moments that matter most. I love partnering with clients to clarify what truly matters to them and align their health choices with the life they want to live. I believe wellness is about about energy, purpose, and the freedom to fully participate in your family, work, and future. As a wife and mom, I understand the real-life effort it takes to prioritize health so you can better care for others.
